At The Way Clothing, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@thewayclo.com.

Please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item

A brief description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a refund upon receiving the item.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unworn and unwashed

The item must be returned in its original condition

The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Incorrect sizing selections

Buyer’s remorse

Normal wear and tear

Sale or discounted items

Orders with incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
